Redemption

Gift cards may be redeemed for merchandise and services at Bexar Needleworks (in-store and/or online).

Non-Refundable

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).

No Expiration (Recommended)

Gift cards do not expire and carry no fees.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen cards may not be replaced. If you have your original receipt, please contact us—we’ll always try to help.”)

Partial Use

Any remaining balance will stay on the card and may be used toward future purchases.

Multiple Payments

Gift cards may be used in combination with other forms of payment.

Final Sale / Returns

Purchases made with a gift card follow our standard return policy.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be issued as store credit or back onto a gift card.

Promotions & Discounts

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
They may or may not be eligible for use with certain promotions (your choice—most stores allow it).

Fraud / Misuse

Bexar Needleworks reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards suspected of fraud or misuse.

Balance Inquiries

Balances may be checked in-store or by contacting us.

Custom Orders

Gift cards may be used toward custom canvases and finishing services.
Please note that custom orders are final sale and subject to production timelines.
